Signatures - The signature feature allows you to automatically insert your name and company or contact information as a tag line at the end of your message.

User Preferences - This feature permits you to customize your mailbox and the look of the Web interface. You can personalize a number of aspects, such as colors, region and language format,  default copies of outgoing messages, number of messages displayed on a page, sent notification, and a lot more!
